The Northern Footy Show is a volunteer-led initiative, organised by Darin Compt, committed to providing quality Australian Rules football information & analysis, community engagement on local football . As a volunteer-driven show, we recognise the importance of accountability to our viewers, contributors, and the broader community.
Accountability to Our Viewers:
We are committed to delivering content that is accurate, fair, and engaging, to the best of our ability.
We value feedback from our viewers and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and improve our content.
We will be transparent about any errors or omissions and strive to correct them in a timely manner.
Accountability to Our Contributors:
We are committed to providing a positive and supportive environment for our volunteers.
We will clearly define roles and responsibilities, and provide volunteers with the resources and support they need.
We will recognise and value the contributions of our volunteers.
Organisational Accountability:
Darin Compt is responsible for the overall organisation and coordination of The Northern Footy Show. This includes content direction, technical management, volunteer coordination and other operational requirements as required.
We are committed to operating in accordance with ethical principles and all applicable laws and regulations.
We will regularly review our operations and seek to improve our effectiveness.
Limitations:
As a volunteer organisation, our resources are limited. While we strive for the highest standards, our capacity may be constrained by the availability of volunteer time and resources.
